John Starr Home

This Queen Anne-style home was designed by Asbury W. Buckley and built at a cost of $9,000 in 1887. The home was a wedding gift to John Starr and his new wife, Belle Woodward. Smith Clizbe (Ice merchant) later owned the home, with Ehrle Schmedlen being the third owner. The forth owner of the home was Dr. Howe.
