Sands of Iwo Jima, 1949 – 1h 40m (begins at 4pm)
After his wife takes their son and leaves him, Marine Sgt. John Stryker (John Wayne) becomes an angry and bitter man who then takes his misery out on his men. Consisting of mostly inexperienced new recruits, the men under his command have a hard time dealing with Stryker’s tough drills and thicker skin. Even his old friends start to wonder if he’s gone from being the epitome of a tough Marine Sergeant to a man over the edge.
Run Silent, Run Deep, 1958 – 1h 33m (begins at 5:50pm)

Finally, Richardson is given a sub and he sets his sights on hunting down the enemy destroyer that sank his previous boat. His single-minded determination for revenge puts his new crew in unnecessary danger. Not willing to risk the lives of the men under his supervision first officer Jim Bledsoe (Bert Lancaster) does everything in his power to derail Richardson’s dangerous plan.
