In 2024, the American Late Model Series will make a comeback by joining forces with the Iron-Man Late Model Series, forming the newly branded Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series. The Iron-Man Late Model Series, which commenced its tour in 2016, will enter its ninth season of operation in 2024. Meanwhile, the American Late Model Series, which originated in 1995 and ran until the 2021 race season, has been inactive since then.
The two series are uniting under the name Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series and will be officially sanctioned by DIRTcar. This collaboration not only allows drivers to accumulate series points but also provides the opportunity to earn regional and national DIRTcar points.
